1. Booking and Payment
- Minimum stay is 2 nights
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment is due upon arrival
- We accept cash (BGN, EUR) debit cards and bank transfers
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: 14:00 - 22:00
- Check-out: 09:00 - 12:00
- Late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
3. House Rules
- No smoking inside the apartments
- No pets allowed
- Quiet hours: 22:00 - 08:00
- Children 12 years and above are charged as adults
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
- Less than 7 days: 30% of total booking cost
- No-show: 100% of first night's stay
5. Property Rules
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property
- Lost keys incur a replacement fee
- The property is not responsible for personal belongings
